We are seeking a committed and approachable Human Resources (HR) Generalist to help advance this mission. This full-time position involves working 36 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. SPARC operates year-round but is closed for one week in April and two weeks in December, aligning closely with the Mount Vernon School District schedule. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation. The ideal candidate will support and develop talent while managing policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.
