Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Skagit County Washington community. We provide educational, therapeutic, and related services to children with all abilities. We specialize in neuromuscular or developmental delays, disorders, or chronic medical conditions.
